Frequently Asked Questions
1
How do I know if I won the bid?
If you won the bid you should have received an email stating "you may have won." You will receive an invoice with a breakdown of each lot you won. If the item/lot is not on your invoice you did not win. We will call each individual buyer after the auction is completely over to verify that they have won and inform them of payment and pickup.
2
Payment & Pickup?
We reserve one day for payment and pickup unless otherwise advertised. Before bidding, please ensure that you or someone can pick up your items the day of pickup. Items must be paid for with CHECK OR CASH ONLY. No shipping. Our crew will be on sight to help you load your items the day of pickup.
3
Do I get a receipt?
After the auction is over, you should receive an invoice in your email. You will not get a copy at the time of pickup. If you would like a "paid in full" invoice after purchasing, please bring a copy of the invoice we emailed and we will mark it as paid at the time of pickup.
**Note: please check your spam/junk mail as the invoice may be there.
4
Do you ship?
5
Credit Card on file?
The credit card on file will not be used to pay for your items. The bidding platform that we collaborate with requires that information to ensure that you are not a robot/scammer. You must enter a payment method to bid. Items won will be paid for with check or cash only at the time of pickup.
No, we do not offer shipping. Please be sure to read all the terms for each individual auction thoroughly.
