Lee J. Amonett

Lee J. Amonett is the Owner, Principal Broker & Principal Auctioneer of Amonett's Eagle Auction & Realty, LLC. He has been a licensed auctioneer since 2006 and a real estate broker since 2002. He currently holds license in Tennessee, Kentucky & Indiana. Lee J is a 2006 Graduate from Nashville Auction School. He is also a 2003 graduate from Tennessee Tech University receiving a B. S. In Agriculture with a Minor in English.
Prior to opening Amonett's Eagle Auction & Realty, LLC, Lee J. was the principal broker and auctioneer for the Byrd-Amonett Auction Team's Tennessee office. He quickly became one of the most successful auctioneers in Middle Tennessee. In 2008 Lee J. orchestrated one of the largest individual land auctions ever conducted in Tennessee. He offered 7,186 Acres located in Sequatchie and Van Buren Counties. The complex yet diverse marketing plan enabled great success for the auction. From 2006-2016 Lee J. grew the company business by 300%. He developed and managed the Byrd-Amonett Auction Team serving Middle Tennessee and South Central Kentucky. From 2002 to 2006, Lee J. worked as an affiliate broker for Cross Realty on Dale Hollow Lake; while there he was the top sales person each year.
Lee J. has an in depth knowledge and understanding for all aspects of real estate (farms, timber, commercial, development, residential), farm equipment and livestock. He has conducted and worked auctions throughout Tennessee and Kentucky as well as Indiana, Alabama, Missouri & California. He is routinely contracted by area banks as a consultant on: troubled assets, collateral inspection and evaluation of equity.

Nathan Groce
Nathan Groce is an Agent/Auctioneer with Amonett’s Eagle team. He has held a Kentucky real estate license since 2012, Tennessee license since 2019 and is a graduate of Nashville Auction School. He graduated from Tennessee Tech University in 2009 with a B.S. in Agriculture with an emphasis in Agribusiness. He is a full time Auctioneer and Real Estate Agent. He also owns and operates Groce Farms which is a 250 Acre beef cattle operation. He resides on his farm in Clinton County with his wife and two daughters.
As a lifelong resident of Clinton County, Kentucky Nathan offers a vast knowledge of property in south central Kentucky and surrounding areas. Ted McWilliams is a licensed auctioneer since 1998 and a real estate broker since 1997 in Tennessee. He is a 1996 Graduate from Nashville Auction School and also a 1995 & 1997 graduate from Tennessee Tech University, receiving a Bachelor's & MBA in Management Information Systems.Prior to joining Amonett's Eagle Auction & Realty, LLC, Ted was the principal broker and auctioneer for his family's company McWilliams Auction & Realty from 2017-2019 as well as beginning with them from 1998 to 2009. From 2013 to 2017, Ted worked as an auctioneer / broker for Tays Realty & Auction. Ted has also been an Executive Director of two local non-profits: the Putnam County YMCA and the Susan G. Komen Upper Cumberland Affiliate. Ted has a long history of the auction and real estate business in the Upper Cumberland area, both live and online. He is a Certified Estate Specialist as well as a graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute, the National Auctioneers Association's 3-year certification program.
His family includes his wife Terri and 2 college-age sons, Taylor & Ethan, and a daughter Lily Kate. He is a member of the River Community Church and he and his family live on McHaven Farm in the Double Springs area.

Bob Cross
Bob Cross is an affiliate broker with over 17 years of experience selling real estate in the Middle Tennessee area. Prior to joining Amonett’s Eagle Auction & Realty LLC, Bob was co-owner of Cross Realty and prior to that worked in the garment industry for 24 years producing apparel for companies such as Carhartt, Wrangler, & Lee. He started selling real estate in 2005 selling residential and commercial properties.
Bob’s family includes his wife, Jane and 2 adult children, Tyler is a Civil Engineer for TN American Water and Lydia who is a teacher for Chattanooga Middle Schools. Bob & Jane lives in Cookeville, TN and attends Collegeside Church.
